The trend of imported seed policies constantly updated by customs in various countries around the world:
1. Customers who purchase seeds need to purchase seeds before (or after), Apply for the "Temporary Seed Import Permit" to the local plant quarantine unit, The application process takes about 3-5 days, and the slowest is a week. The application process is very simple.

2. After you get the import license, scan it and send it to us by e-mail, Your license will be sent with our seed package.

3. When we send the seeds, we will attach the plant quarantine certificate of the exporting country and the (tax avoidance) commercial invoice. When your seed parcel arrives at the customs quarantine unit, the customer will be required to quarantine the seeds (import) and charge you for the quarantine Fees (you can ask how much the quarantine fee is when you apply for a license), the seed (import) quarantine is very fast, and you can choose to pick up the seed package in person at the quarantine unit or by mail.

4. Before purchasing seeds, please confirm with the relevant local quarantine unit whether you need to apply for a 『Temporary Seed Import License.』.

5. After verification, if you fail to receive your seed order due to the above customs issues being detained or destroyed, we will not take any responsibility, The buyer shall not demand compensation and refund from the seller.

Taiwan Post announced today that Parcel Service to Greece、Brazil、Chile、Peru、Egypt and South Africa resumes from June 15.

★ An additional shipping fee of $18 is required for using
parcel service.

*To pass customs in Brazil, you must add Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas(CPF) or Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica(CNPJ) to the shipping information.

According to our Taiwan post office latest announcements, due to the outbreak of COVID-19 airmail services to many destinations are suspended. 1. About Shipping

If the amount of your order is under US$50, no matter how many items you purchase, the shipping fee is US$4 by international registered airmail. If the amount of your order is over US$50, the shipping fee is free. We will ship your order after we complete the quarantine of the seeds.
