TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not be eligible to buy our seeds. We" or "Our" “ourselves” means Skillful Hand Garden. "You" or "your" “yourself” means the buyer, the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
We are a professional team of planting Adeniums, producing high-quality seeds & developing new varieties and hybrids in Taiwan. The seeds are 100% from our garden in Taiwan, the flower photos are photograghed from the real plants in our garden, the photos were not edited by using falsified or exaggerated color, we do not store and sell the seeds harvested longer than 3 months. All seeds are fresh. So the seeds we produce can retain their freshness during transit and we guarantee a minimum of 70% germination rate.
All of our seeds are 100% fresh and with highest quality assurance. Each variety is individually wrapped in a sealed plastic bag and each bag of seeds is labelled with its name. They are also very suitable for resale.
PRICES, PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILTY
Product descriptions, including photographs, relating to species and their characteristics, are given for general guidance only. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology. We give no guarantee that the seeds will behave and/or look exactly as described. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. The flower photos are photograghed from the real plants in our garden, the photos were not edited by using falsified or exaggerated color. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We use hand pollinate, so it has a low possibility (20%-30%) to grow into a pink adenium. Most of them have characteristics of their parents. The Single-petal with red, white and white with red border are more stable. Although the seed is not guaranteed to look exactly like their parents, some will look exactly like their parents, while others may have only certain characteristics in common with their parents. This is the reason that new varieties are created. It also needs time and luck to produce the new varieties which are better than their parents.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. We will send your order on the understanding that we are not liable for the import responsibility, costs and risk of confiscation.We are not responsible for knowing every country's import regulations, we try our best to stay up-to-date but import regulations change all the time, it is always the Customer's responsibility to research this information prior to ordering with us.
Please let us know if there's any additional declaration needed to be listed on the phytosanitary certificate or on the package. If you do not mention any relevant declaration on the phytosanitary certificate or on the package, we will not add any additional information. There will be no refund if your product is rejected and returned by Customs or Plant quarantine inspection due to an inaccurate or lacking information. If plants/seeds are detained, delayed, returned or destroyed by your local customs, We will not be responsible for such damages.
Please be aware that your Country may impose tariffs and you may have to pay Customs Duty/Tax before your Government will release your package; please research prior to placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any Customs Duties/Tax that may be applied by your respective Government upon arrival into your country.
The price attached on the invoice, we put a lower price (US$20 or less) in order to abate the tax that may be charged to you. If you want us to put the real price, please notify us beforehand.
In the event of an international order being returned back to us by foreign Customs, we will refund the value of the order, minus any postage fees incurred by ourselves. (US$4)
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped after we complete the quarantine/phytosanitary certificate process for the seeds within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We add a phytosanitary certificate in ever order. Extra charge is not necessary for this.
Due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19, there may be a delay in delivery times up to 20-60 working days. (Excluding weekends and public holidays.) We shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery times due to the carrier, including for the loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.
We could reship your order if you choose your shipment by AIRMAIL and you do not receive the parcel in the estimated time of arrival within 20 - 60 business days + 10 days if parcel goes through custom inspection. (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be responsible for all shipping costs for the replacement order. (US$4) Then we will prepare a new batch of seeds and replace your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (US$4) will be deducted from your refund. We will deduct cost of shipping even if it is a free shipping order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address. If an order is returned to us as undelivered by the postal service, we will refund the cost of the products purchased, not the delivery charge. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address on the order is correct.
You must notify the carrier (or postman) of even the slightest trace of damage (holes, signs of crushing, etc.) to the parcel, and refuse the package if necessary. No exchanges can be made at a later time for goods claiming to be damaged during carriage without notification at the time of reception.
You must inform us within 14 days concerning any claim of delivery error or non-conformity of goods, in kind or in quality, compared with the information on the purchase order. Any claim made after this time period will be rejected. For any claims please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging.
If an order is returned to us as undelivered by the postal service for any reason and if you would like a refund, we will refund the cost of the products purchased, not the delivery charge. (US$4)
REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR LOW GERMINATION RATE
If the germination rate is lower than 40% and you sow your seeds within 30 days of receiving them, we will send replacement seeds only if seeds are sowed within mentioned time and you are able to provide photos. [(You will be responsible for all shipping costs(US$4)]
The germination rate of each batch of seeds is different. The average germination rate is between 60% - 70%. We will replace seeds for you only if the germination rate is lower than 40% and you provide us the photos. [the planting material materials and the pictures of the place (whole environment)]
With the above conditions. We will charge the basic handling/shipping fee for sending the replacement seeds. (US$4)
MINI SEEDS: The average germination rate of Mini seeds is 40 %. WE WON'T REPLACE OR REFUND mini seeds. The mini seeds are smaller, this situation will influence germination rate. Climatic conditions are different in each country and care process of the seeds vary from person to person. These are important factors that affect the germination rate. If you do not have any experience in sowing mini seeds, please use our suggested tissue paper sowing and covered with plastic wrap, this sowing way is more stable and easy to observe the situation of germination.
The seeds should be stored in a jar, better with a desiccant. You should put the jar in a dry and dark place.
Please note that the stored temperature should not be too high (better not over 30 degrees) and do not put seeds in the refrigerator. The preserved time could reach about 3-6 months according to different storage ways, but it is better to finish sowing within 3-6 months and the seeds will have a good germination rate after passing store time. (The germination rate will be down 10~20%). We do not recommend you to make an order if you will not sow the seeds soon after you receive them.

Please provide us the bank receipt after you make the payment, scan or take a photo of the receipt and please kindly help us circle/highlight five important parts on the bank receipt. If there is an incorrect letter, it will hold up the payment confirmation and the delivery time will be delayed.

We do not recommend our customer pay through Bank if the order amount is small.

It is not a good idea to send a check to us, because we need to pay the handling charge to the bank or the post office to cash the check and it will take more than amonth for us to get the money. In this way, you will have to wait for a long time because we always ship your order after receiving the payment.
RIGHT OF USE
The use of any logos, photos, descriptions present on the site is strictly forbidden. Any photo is prohibited from posting on any public platform without our express written permission. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any replication is strictly prohibited. If any of the photos are reproduced, necessary action will be taken upon any individuals.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information provided by you will only be collected to supply you with the products ordered, for internal record keeping and possible for our own promotional emails.
During the ordering process, we may collect some or all of the following information:

We will not disclose sell or rent any of this information to any 3rd party.
